Our high performance intercooler features an innovative performance intercooler core with dimensions of 222 mm x 297 mm x 95 mm. It was developed specifically for the high demands of the KTM engine and offers an incredible 80% more external core volume compared to the stock intercooler. The ratio between internal and external cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. The cast aluminium end boxes were designed using state-of-the-art CAD technology and optimised by CFD simulations. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure, increasing air mass flow by an impressive 33%. This also makes our kit ideal for racing.
