This outstanding kit is designed to make your racing dreams come true and give you the ultimate driving experience. The high performance intercooler features the innovative Competition intercooler core (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 620 mm x 390 mm x 56 mm. With an impressive 13.5 liters of external intercooler core volume, this intercooler offers an amazing 150% larger front flow area and an incredible 86% more external core volume compared to the stock intercooler. Feel the difference and experience a significant increase in performance for your Ford Fiesta ST / Puma ST.

The cast aluminium end boxes were precisely designed in CAD and optimised using CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. Specially integrated air routing in the radiator inlet ensures uniform filling of the intercooler core and maximum cooling characteristics with minimal backpressure. The newly developed Competition high-performance core also ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler and is particularly lightweight despite its performance. This kit is perfectly suited for racing and allows for optimal cooling of the supercharged air. In addition, the Wagner Tuning high-performance charge air cooler is equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that offers excellent heat conduction properties and protects the cooler from environmental influences. This ensures a lasting and optimal cooling effect. The assembly is carried out without any problems at the original mounting points and is uncomplicated thanks to the plug and play design.
