VTT is proud to offer the only Vanos covers on the market made from 7075 aluminum instead of the much more common 6061. We went with 7075 due to its increased tensile strength and fatigue strength.

Each cover is CNC machined from a 7075 billet, anodized in black for corrosion resistance.

These covers snap on and replace the factory plastic covers which are prone to failure over time. We ensure a perfect fit on our covers by going through more than 6 different sample designs to land on our final version.

These covers have a very tight fit to avoid vibration or chaffing of the engagement dogs. These are the last vanos covers you will ever have to buy.

Simply line them up, and snap them on, with no worries of retiming the engine, etc.
