Larger intercooler for engine setups rated up to 600HP (for engine setups beyond 600HP please choose the 'Large Uprgade Charge Air Intercooler'). The 76mm (3 inches) thick core provides significantly improved cooling efficiency compared to many other intercoolers.

The intercooler is being hand welded in house. It is based upon a BOOST products HF Fin-and-Tube style intercooler core. which provides superior cooling abilities while still being lighter than Bar-and-Plate cores. Our welder has more than 10 years of experience in welding aluminum. ensuring highest quality Made in Germany. Our welding seams do not crack at 3bar!

In order to fit this intercooler. the hoses at the vehicle front have to be customized. We suggest the construction of a custom frontal crossmember instead of using or modifying the OEM part. We sticked to the shape of the OEM intercooler as closely as possible to avoid the necessity of extensive modifications to the hose ductings at the front.
