General Details:
Motul Intake Clean is an air intake system cleaner spray especially developed to remove deposits and varnish on a variety of components whilst stabilising engine idling and improving engine performance.
Application:
Recommended for use on carburettors, butterfly and throttle valves, throttle-chambers, nozzles, bushels, jets, tanks, floats and venturi tubes.
Usage Directions:
- Shake well before use
- Usage with the engine turned off:
- Disassemble the air filter and spray into the air intake pipe
- Let stand for 10 minutes
- Repeat with the engine turned on by spraying product on nozzles and throttle chambers
Usage with intake manifold, carburettor or injection body disassembled:
- Spray from a short distance on the areas to be cleaned
- Let stand and re-spray on very dirty areas
- Wipe with a dry piece of fabric
For 4-stroke petrol engines, complete the operation with Motul Fuel System Clean
