With 518BHP on-board, the Defender V8 is immensely powerful, however the introduction of a GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) in the vehicle's exhaust system really limits the aural potential of the power plant. For those looking to awaken the sound and unlock the performance of their vehicle, Cobra Sport has the solution with their newly released GPF-back performance exhaust range.The free flowing TIG-Welded Cobra Sport exhaust setup was developed as part of a special collaboration with Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield. The exhaust setup optimises the exhaust tone and adds an aggressive V8 growl creating the emotional connection that Land Rover customers expect from the factory.Cobra Sport's research and development team were also able to increase the sound level by an impressive +7dB.Cobra Sport have improved the styling of the Land Rover Defender V8 110 creating a noticeably enhanced and balanced look to the rear of the Defender V8 110 with a choice of quad 4in/101.6mm inverted slash cut tailpipes including highly polished stainless-steel and black ceramic coated options. For those looking to take the style upgrade a stage further, upgraded carbon fibre tailpipes are available.
