BMW's new S55 motor is a modern marvel but one weakness we've identified are the boost tubes or charge pipes that connect the turbochargers to the intercooler. Made of thin plastic these factory parts are prone to snapping apart where the flange meets the tube, splitting along the length, and/or slipping out of their intercooler couplers.

Our BMS S55 replacement chargepipes are made from heavy duty aluminium and are designed with CNC flanges and a protruding lip for a secure OEM like fit. They are finished in a gloss black powder coat to match the engine bay and we've also incorporated a pre-capped 1/8" NPT bung in to each pipe. Includes replacement heavy duty couplers, hose clamps, and all hardware required for the installation.

The heavy duty replacement code side pipe with it's own 1/8" NPT bung included for higher horsepower applications, O-ring, throttle body C-clip, and coupler, for a fully plug and play upgrade.
