This is AIRTEC Motorsport Front Mount Intercooler Kit for Vauxhall Astra VXR

The AIRTEC Motorsport Front Mount Intercooler Kit is a great upgrade for all 1.9 CDTi engines with a remapped ECU. It is perfect for fast road and track use, and has been fitted to our AIRTEC demo car. This intercooler kit removes the restrictive OE Vauxhall intercooler, which suffers from heat soak due to its placement between the air-con radiator and the main radiator.

Tested at AmD Tuning in Essex, the AIRTEC intercooler showed impressive results. With the standard map, the intake temperature was reduced by an average of 100 degrees over three test runs. With the Stage 1 map, the intercooler cooled down the charged air temperature by an average of 100 degrees as well.
