This is AIRTEC Motorsport Front Mount Intercooler Upgrade for Audi RS3 (8P)

AIRTEC is proud to introduce the front mount intercooler upgrade for the Audi RS3 (8P). Designed to fit all models, this free-flowing intercooler is a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM setup.

Featuring a huge 120mm core design and high-flow, cast end tanks, the AIRTEC intercooler offers much greater surface area, efficiency, and volume over the standard intercooler. Despite these improvements, it fits neatly behind the original bumper and can be used with the original hoses.

As with all AIRTEC products, the intercooler was tested back-to-back on the dyno against the OEM item. This showed a significant reduction in air charge temperatures compared to the standard intercooler.

• Run 1 nto intercooler: 117 degrees ut of intercooler: 69 degrees
• Run 2 nto intercooler: 117 degrees ut of intercooler: 68 degrees
• Run 3 nto intercooler: 119 degrees ut of intercooler: 78 degrees
• AIRTEC Intercooler:
• Run 1 nto intercooler: 116 degrees ut of intercooler: 36 degrees
• Run 2 nto intercooler: 117 degrees ut of intercooler: 36 degrees
• Run 3 nto intercooler: 118 degrees ut of intercooler: 37 degrees

The comprehensive fitting kit includes all the correct fixtures and fittings, step-by-step instructions with pictures, and should take around 3-4 hours to complete. The intercooler is available in Pro-Series Black finish, with or without the AIRTEC logo.
