AIRTEC Motorsport offers a re-core service for your old RS6 C5 twin intercooler setup, giving them a new lease of life. Whether your intercoolers are damaged, leaking, or simply tired, we can transform them into brand new units using the latest intercooler core technology. Our intercoolers are finished in a durable pro-series black finish, ensuring long-lasting performance.

What do we do?

• Take your old intercoolers and remove old or damaged leaking cores
• Prep and repair any damage on old alloy intercooler end tanks ready for re-welding
• TIG weld two brand new high flow intercooler cores onto cleaned and prepped end tanks
• Weld and secure new 5mm side plates, ensuring correct spacing for original air scoops
• Pressure check the intercoolers to ensure the highest quality
• Powder coat them in our durable Pro-Series satin black finish
• Finish with our AIRTEC Motorsport badges
