The Volkswagen 2.0L TDI engine is shared across a variety of line which includes Golf, Beetle, Jetta, Passat and even the Audi A3. A simple and popular modification to the TDI engine is adding the Lightweight Under-Drive Crank Pulley that gives your VW a quicker throttle response as well as more horsepower and torque. This is due to the pulley decreasing the rotating mass which results in improved performance, quicker reving and even a gain in fuel mileage. The pulley is smaller in diameter than stock and made from billet 6061 aluminum. Cut precisely to spec on our CNC lathe and then CNC mill, the pair of pulleys is anodized in black and laser engraved with the text. Each pulley kit includes a new shorter belt for a direct and hassle free installation.
